I spent nearly three decades in technology sales - the kind where execution had to hold under real pressure.

Territory turnarounds, President's Clubs, and revenue built in regulated industries. The same high-stakes conditions that founder-led service businesses eventually grow into.

Today, I apply that experience inside founder-led businesses - but only after applying it to my own first. That's the only litmus test that matters. There is no plan B.

In 2023, I was diagnosed with MS. Hustle without intention stopped working. Carrying sales in my head - the deals, the follow-ups, the next steps - didn't hold anymore.

So I reset.
