🚀 28-Day Campaign Sprint: Build Pipeline in One Month

September 28, 2025•2 min read

The hardest part of sales isn’t execution - it’s preparation.

That’s why I created the 28-Day Campaign Sprint. It’s a one-month program that forces you to do the hard work up front - clarifying your offers, pricing, ICP, and value - and then turns that prep into a system that actually brings in pipeline.

How it works

Week 1–10 Days: Prep + Setup → We lock in your ICP, offers, and messaging. I run everything through my CRM (DMC) so outreach is ready to launch. Included is 100 targets with their contact info.

Weeks 2–4: Execution → Campaigns go live. Messages go out. Conversations start. The heavy lifting is already done- the rest is consistency.

Throughout the sprint, I document the entire process in Notion, so you walk away with a playbook you can run or hand off.

The sprint isn’t 28 days of hand-holding. It’s a structured system that requires no more than 15 hours of my time totaland leaves you with assets you can use long after.

The cost is simple: $1,985 for the full sprint including prep, execution, and your Notion playbook.

Why I run it myself

I don’t just sell this - I’ve done it myself. If it isn’t something I’m seeing success with, why would I offer it as a service?

But I am seeing success. I executed the 28-Day Campaign Sprint on two different revenue streams for my own business. The results? A handful of meetings, which was exactly what I wanted. The messaging landed, the conversations were real, and the process proved itself.

And here’s the thing: the execution was easy. The hard part - the part that made it work - was the prep. 95% of the effort was sitting down and getting crystal clear on my offers, pricing, ICP, and value. Once that was done, the outreach felt almost automatic.

Why it matters

Most founders don’t fail at sales because they can’t pitch. They fail because they never take the time to define what they’re offering, who it’s for, and why it matters.

That’s why this sprint works - it forces the clarity that makes execution simple.

For 20+ years, I drove growth at Cisco, BMC Software, and Presidio. I also helped lean startups build sales and marketing from scratch, where budgets were tight and results had to be earned.

What I didn’t know was that I was living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) the entire time. That 2023 diagnosis reframed everything. Resilience, I realized, isn’t about grinding harder - it’s about building systems and revenue streams that don’t collapse when life throws curveballs.

With the support of family, friends, and doctors, I reset:

→ Built multiple revenue streams to avoid single points of failure

→ Created repeatable sales systems that brought clarity, not chaos

→ Turned my experience into a model founders could learn from

Think of me as a player-coach: I don’t just design the playbook, I’m on the field making the calls, running the demos, and closing.

Now my mission is simple:

→ Help founders grow businesses with systems that last

→ Show that MS and Chronic Illness can fuel clarity and purpose

→ Use Entrepreneurship, Sales, and Tech to make an impact

At the end of the day, it’s about more than growth. It’s about making an impact - on businesses, on people, and on the lives we touch along the way.
