I’m a player-coach at heart. I live sales, and I help MSPs and founders build motions they can actually run — not systems that look good in a deck and fall apart in real life.

Most businesses don’t fail because of product or talent. They fail because they can’t sell.

Sales keeps a business alive. It solves problems, creates options, and lets you breathe.

Sales isn’t about being loud. It’s understanding what someone needs and communicating how you can help. That’s always been my edge.

Back in 2008, I built my first sales process and a door-to-door model for my first startup that became a repeatable system. I carried those fundamentals into new territories at Cisco, Presidio, and Lumen - and into early-stage teams that needed pipeline from zero.

The pattern was always the same: clarity, simple motion, weekly consistency.

In 2023, an MS diagnosis forced me to slow down and rebuild my own approach. That reset became the spark for LoboStack.

Today, I help MSPs and founders create consistent pipeline through clear ICPs, clean targeting, simple repeatable systems, and the daily rhythm that makes sales sustainable.

I’m not just teaching this - I run these motions myself every day.

After 25 years selling and selling inside top tech companies, everything I teach comes from frameworks I still use to grow my own business.

Meet the Founder: From Reset to Repeatable Growth

Anthony Lobosco has over 20 years of experience scaling companies like Cisco, Lumen, and Presidio. In 2023, a life-changing MS diagnosis forced him to pause - and ultimately reset everything.

What followed was a shift in focus: toward building a career that worked with his health, not against it while providing for his family. With support from Brand Built, Telarus, and Digital Magic CRM, he began again - this time his way.

He realized sales had always been his core strength. It wasn’t just what he was good at - it was how he helped people grow. So he went all in.

Today, Anthony works across multiple ventures, combining Sales as a Service, GTM strategy, and Technology Advising.

His focus is on helping early-stage teams and small businesses gain traction through thoughtful systems - leveraging tools like AI, CRM, and Automation to grow sustainably.

It’s all part of his broader mission: to bring relatable awareness to chronic illness through Entrepreneurship, Sales, and Tech.
